Moved "current" code into "OLD_VERSION" folder within repository, so that a totally NEW solution/project can be created within the "CurrentDevelopment" folder. I'm getting ready to start a new re-write of the VEToolkit that will be easier to work with and lighter weight than the current version of VEToolkit.

Work Item 3716: Replace "VEToolkit.registerNamespace" calls within VEToolkit.Core.js with shorter "if (!$.Map) { $.Map = {}; }" version.

Remove VS Intellisense Comments from VEToolkit.MiniMapExtender.js since they are already in the "-vsdoc.js". Helps reduce the file size.
